year 2025, Month December, Still Standing on the day, 18 Oct 2024 :(, its been 196 days i have seen someone from my eyes, 20 May 2025, Still can’t able to move on, tried sometimes, went to park at 4AM, jog for 2-3 hours a day without any airpods no music, for 3-4 weeks, avoid screentime for weeks, tried deleting instagram and social media apps from my phone, tried sports complex membership. Tried to enjoy my own company, tried to talk with someone else, but, can’t talk to someone more than 10 min, because i am use to with a voice, a tone, a text, a notification with a particular name, a call with that particular name, waiting for a ringtone to ring again on my call. 🙂
I use to turn full volume of my phone while sleeping, for a ringtone to ring, and what if someone needs me in the midnight. Tried to play and practice my guitar skills for hours. But, nothing is changing i am not getting any mental peace.
